Implants are a state-of-the-art solution for the loss of one tooth, a group of teeth or possibly all teeth. Are you missing one tooth and the remaining ones are healthy? A dental implant is a small screw inserted into the bone as a replacement of the root. Thanks to the biocompatibility of titanium, of which implants are made, and thanks to their specially adjusted surface, engraftment of the bone to the implant surface occurs after some time. The implant is then fitted with the planned denture. Independent crowns and bridges, both large and small, can be fixed on the implants; they can also bear removable dentures.

The insertion of implants is performed either in local anaesthesia, or in total anaesthesia performed by a highly experienced anaesthesiologist.
The success rate of this treatment is very high: around 98 per cent.
Who is a candidate for implants:
- a patient who wishes to have his lost teeth replaced by this method and whose health condition, mouth situation and habits enable the insertion of implants.
